Prior Authorization Pharmacist - Clinical & Formulary Focus
Western Health Advantage
Western Health Advantage is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to perform the clinical review of medical and outpatient UM cases, issuing timely coverage determinations for drug prior authorizations, exceptions, and appeals. You will apply clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements to support decision making. You will collaborate with network providers and staff, contribute to formulary development, monitor PBM P&T outputs, and provide recommendations for process improvements to department #J-18808-Ljbffr Western Health Advantage
