As part of our Kitchen team, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and fellow culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Our team is committed to excellence, collaboration, consistency, and upholding the highest standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

As a Cook I, you will play an important role in preparing and presenting high-quality hot food items across our food and beverage outlets. You will contribute to the success of the culinary operation by ensuring dishes are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines while maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment. Working alongside chefs, stewards, and kitchen colleagues, you will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests through exceptional food preparation and service.

Prepare and produce sautéed, grilled, and sauce-based menu items for designated food and beverage outlets.

Set up and maintain your workstation with the required ingredients, tools, equipment, and supplies to support daily operations.

Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs to Kitchen leadership.

Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations and hotel requirements.

Minimize waste and support food cost objectives through proper handling, storage, and utilization of products.

Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures, including stocking, rotation, labeling, and storage of food items.

Work collaboratively with chefs, stewards, and team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

You have a strong background working in a professional hotel or restaurant kitchen environment.

You can prepare a variety of hot food items with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities.

You have a solid understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food storage procedures.

You can interpret recipes, adjust yields, and maintain quality standards throughout production.

You are comfortable operating, cleaning, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

You work well independently while also contributing positively as part of a collaborative team.
