Administrative Fellow in Health System Finance

Onsite or Remote Fully On-Site Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary Range : $80700 - 168500 Annually Employment Type 1 - Staff: Contract Duration 12 months Primary Duties and Responsibilities Take on a high-visibility role within our world-class health organization. Help drive the continued delivery of exceptional health care. You can do all this and more as the Administrative Fellow in Health System, UCLA Health. Under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Director of Hospital Operations of the UCLA Hospital System, you will gain exposure to all of UCLA Health's financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, revenue cycle management and strategic financial planning. You will assure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, assist with research, and provide administrative support to Operations as requested. Attendance of various Operations and Departmental meetings is expected to facilitate learning and the Fellow’s overall experience. This is 1 of 2 Fellowship Tracks available. Salary range: $96,000 annual *may convert to career Job Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Masters program by summer 2027 is required. A masters degree with a focus in business, relevant financial services fields with related professional certifications is highly desired. As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
