For more information, please visit successful candidate will be responsible for conducting collateral examinations and due diligence reviews across a wide range of financing structures, including:Asset Based Lending (ABL)Receivables Finance and FactoringTrade FinanceReceivables Purchase FacilitiesSecuritisation and Structured Finance TransactionsAssignments will involve both on-site and remote reviews of borrower operations, accounting systems, collateral records and reporting processes. The role offers significant exposure to a diverse range of industries, businesses and financing structures throughout Europe.Key Responsibilities:Conduct field examinations and due diligence reviews of accounts receivable, inventory and related collateral.Analyse financial information, accounting records and management reports.Review borrowing base calculations and collateral eligibility criteria.Assess operational processes, controls and reporting procedures.Interview management and key operational personnel.Identify risks, trends and areas requiring further investigation.Prepare clear, concise and commercially focused reports for lender and investor clients.Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Support business development initiatives where appropriate.Experience & Qualifications:We are interested in speaking with candidates who possess some or all of the following:Previous field examination, audit, due diligence or collateral review experience.Strong understanding of accounts receivable and inventory financing.Knowledge of Asset Based Lending, Receivables Finance or Structured Finance products.ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification (qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience).Strong analytical and report writing skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across Europe and internationally.Exposure to banks, alternative lenders, private credit funds and structured finance investors.Competitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working environment.Clear opportunities for professional development and career progression within a growing global business.If you are interested in joining a market-leading team and working on a wide variety of complex financing transactions, we would be pleased to hear from you.About Gordon Brothers:Since 1903, Gordon Brothers has helped lenders, operating companies, advisors, and investors move forward through change.
