The Assistant Manager will oversee a small team of 1-5 staff, providing support in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves moderate decision-making authority, requiring proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and a focus on sales support, inventory control, and quality assurance. The position offers growth opportunities into managerial roles or lateral moves within Operations.

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of 1-5 staff
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
• Control inventory and manage stock levels accurately
• Prepare and maintain operational and sales reports
• Support sales initiatives to meet business goals
• Assist with daily operational activities ensuring smooth workflow
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met

• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
