Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, facilitating their understanding of their issues and helping them develop coping strategies.

• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments to inform treatment planning, leveraging evidence-based interventions tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary health teams, participating in case discussions and care coordination to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain complete and confidential electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards as well as the insurance regulatory framework.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision sessions and continued education to remain updated with the latest developments in mental health practices and maintain your licensure.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessment services, empowering clients to navigate acute challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s degree.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in New York State is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years proven experience in providing comprehensive counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off (PTO) policies, including paid holidays.
