Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare and provide a detailed schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Organize and conduct home visits and observations to gather essential data for treatment enhancement and monitoring.

• Implement and review program plans to ascertain their effectiveness in meeting client goals.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights and collaborative strategies.

• Document progress notes on a monthly and quarterly basis to track client development and treatment efficacy.

• Lead training sessions for team members on program implementation and compliance with documentation standards.

• Perform follow-up assessments through interviews and home visits to ensure ongoing support for clients as they progress.

• Act as a primary liaison with the broader mental health community, advocating for client needs and resources.

• Contribute to the development of training materials and procedures aimed at improving program delivery and client satisfaction.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of client populations, including both adults and youth. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
