Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques while remaining current with ongoing developments and research in mental health practices.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s distinct needs, preferences, and goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Utilize appropriate tools and assessment methods to identify client needs and measure treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
