The successful candidate will play a key role in the organization’s financial planning and decision‑making process by providing insightful financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations. Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term strategic planning. Performing detailed financial analysis including advanced financial modeling, profitability analysis, monitoring business issues and impact to bottom line. Preparing comprehensive procurement, invoicing, construction in process, and fixed asset reports. Conducting variance analysis and identifying trends to provide insights on business performance and financial indicators. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data. Using SQL reporting tools to extract, analyze, and present data from various databases. Assisting in the preparation of presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team. Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the Engineering industry. Proven expertise in SQL reporting, procurement reporting and analysis, invoicing reporting and analysis, construction in process reporting and analysis, and fixed assets reporting and analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models and perform data analysis. Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential business risks. A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
