IT Specialist – Hospitality / Hotel Management

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Specialist to join our hotel management company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical support experience and a good understanding of IT operations within the hospitality/hotel industry.

Our company develops, renovates, and manages hotels, so this position will be responsible not only for day-to-day IT support but also for supporting new hotel openings, renovations, technology upgrades, and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daytoday technical support to hotel staff and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Set up and manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, email, permissions, and related services.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, user access, and basic cloud administration.
• Coordinate with internet, telecom, technology, and other IT vendors.
• Participate in hotel renovations and new hotel development projects, including planning, installation, testing, and deployment of IT infrastructure.
• Work with contractors, vendors, hotel management, and project teams to ensure IT projects are completed on schedule.
• Travel to hotel properties when required to provide technical support or assist with IT projects.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2+ years of IT technical support experience required.
• Hospitality or hotel IT experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple users and locations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience with domains, DNS, email systems, and user account administration.
• Basictointermediate knowledge of networking, WiFi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with IT hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Strong communication and customerservice skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hotel management, employees, vendors, contractors, and IT partners.
• Willingness to travel between hotel properties as needed.
