Registered Nurse Travel Position

Registered Nurse travel position in the Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment in Littleton, Colorado. The role involves delivering high-quality emergency nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care, administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and observations accurately in EPIC.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and floating requirements across Zone 1 facilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing degree (ASN, BSN, or higher) from an accredited program
• ACLS (AHA) certification
• BLS (AHA) certification
• PALS (AHA) certification
• NIHSS certification
• TNCC certification
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to float across Zone 1 facilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
