Travel Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical

Medical Surgical assignment in Centennial, Colorado. 13-week placement offering competitive pay up to $2,500 per week and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical setting, utilizing EPIC charting system efficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with hospital policies.
• Execute float assignments within Zone 1, adapting to different units including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele as needed.
• Provide patient education, support, and post-procedure instructions to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Proficiency in acute charting systems, especially EPIC.
• Ability to float within Zone 1 as required.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
