Job Details

What you'll own

Executive partnership. Advise the CEO and leadership team on organizational strategy, leadership structure, workforce planning, and culture. Bring a people and operational lens to business decisions before they're made rather than after. Give practical guidance on complex talent and organizational questions, and say the thing that needs saying even when it isn't the easy answer.

The HR function, hands-on. Own recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance. Improve and scale the underlying process and infrastructure without adding bureaucracy the company doesn't need. Diagnose organizational problems quickly and put practical fixes in place. Build capacity as the company grows so the function scales past what any one person can carry.

Coaching and organizational development. Support managers through growth, pressure, and hard decisions. Raise managerial capability and accountability across the business. Guide organizational design and team structure as things evolve. Help leaders operate well in ambiguity instead of waiting for it to resolve.

Talent. Attract, develop, and keep people who do well in a demanding, high-accountability environment. Improve hiring quality, onboarding, and development. Build talent and succession strategy that holds up as the company scales, and protect the urgency and entrepreneurial instinct that got it here.

What you'll bring
Eight or more years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Direct experience partnering with CEOs and executive leadership teams.
A background in high-growth, entrepreneurial, private equity backed, or rapidly evolving organizations. Strongly preferred.
Depth in employee relations, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
A track record of building or meaningfully improving HR infrastructure and process, not just running what you inherited.
Results delivered in environments where priorities shift and accountability is high.
Strong communication and influence, with the operational instincts to back it up.
