Job Summary:
As an Assembly Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for the assembly and production of our industry-leading products. Working within our state-of-the-art warehouse facility, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the efficient and reliable delivery of our materials to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package products according to established procedures and quality standards
- Operate various tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with material handling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and efficient completion of production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:
- General warehouse experience or a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Working Conditions:
This position involves standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and operating machinery. The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse with potential exposure to noise, dust, and other industrial hazards. Proper personal protective equipment will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a temporary-to-hire position with a starting pay rate of $16 per hour. Upon successful completion of the temporary assignment, the opportunity to transition to a full-time, permanent role with a comprehensive benefits package may be available. 1:30pm till 10pm Monday thru FridayÂ
