The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• Utilize various metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) to verify part conformance.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective actions.
• Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficient in using various inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
