Job Description & Requirements Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: 24-hour call coverage, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM. Coverage needs include 10/1 at 7:00 AM - 10/5 at 7:00 AM, 10/16 at 7:00 AM - 10/19 at 7:00 AM, and 11/24 at 7:00 AM - 12/2 at 7:00 AM. Ongoing need for 2-7 days of coverage per month. Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital setting, including operating room and floor coverage. Types of Cases: Cardiothoracic Surgery. Must have experience with endovascular vein harvesting (EVH), endovascular procedures, and surgical vein harvesting. Provider will assist with complex cardiovascular surgeries. Credentialing Timeframe: Not specified. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): eClinicalWorks (eCW). Certifications Required: Endovascular Vein Harvesting (EVH) Certification. Additional certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, ATLS) not specified. Licensure Required: Active South Carolina Physician Assistant license required.
