Accounts Payable Specialist
$20 - $22 per hourSONI
Soni's client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, matching them with purchase orders, and ensuring timely payments. This role requires efficient handling of incoming mail and accurately scanning and barcoding invoices into our work queues. Required Skills Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with PeopleSoft is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in data entry and invoice processing Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills Willingness to train and learn new processes Experience in matching invoices to purchase orders Knowledge of mail processing and scanning technologies Compensation $20-$22/Hour Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
