HR Coordinator

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an HR Coordinator to support a client that is a global leader in online vehicle auctions and automotive remarketing services, with operations spanning multiple countries and thousands of Members worldwide. The HR Operations Coordinator supports employee record management, HRIS transactions, onboarding, recruiting, and benefits administration as needed. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, broad knowledge of HR practices, including labor laws, HR policies, and procedures, and strong business communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate and process employee milestone anniversary pins, including tracking eligible employees and managing shipments to approximately 175 destinations across the U.S. and Canada

• Prepare, organize, and upload incoming employee termination files in accordance with company policy and retention requirements into Workday

• Fulfill drug test kits orders from yards/locations

• Order and maintain up-to-date federal and state labor law posters for all applicable office/facility locations

• Review, sort, and distribute incoming company mail to appropriate departments and personnel

Skills and Requirements

• Associates degree or higher in business or related field required.

• 1-3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.

• Technical proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and MS Office Suite

• Understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and procedures Technical proficiency with Workday
