Patient Care Coordinator

Overview

Carmel Plaza Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Temporary Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating positive patient experiences, thrives in a fast-paced dental office environment, and values teamwork and professionalism.

This temporary position may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.


Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Friday
Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and explain financial information when needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support office flow and assist the clinical team as needed
• Help create a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation

$23/hour
