LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Sanford, NC and surrounding areas. Pay Range LPN – $28-$33/hr RN – $30-$35/hr Job Overview Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available). Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care in patient homes following the active plan of care. Key Responsibilities Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home based on the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New grads welcome, training provided). Experience providing care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
