About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to join its dynamic, entrepreneurial investment firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading capital raising and investor development initiatives across various private investment vehicles. This includes developing and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective investors, as well as partnering with senior leadership and internal teams to execute fundraising strategies. The role also involves supporting the development and launch of new investment strategies, identifying and sourcing prospective investors, and managing the fundraising pipeline. Applicants for the VP of Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' of experience in capital formation, investor relations, business development, or fundraising within the investment management sector. A background with an RIA, venture capital firm, private equity firm, or alternative asset manager is essential. The role requires a proven ability to enhance fundraising programs, strong relationship-building skills, and experience in managing CRM systems. A solid understanding of private market investment strategies, fund structures, and investor terms is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven, with the ability to establish credibility with investors and a proactive approach to investor segmentation and outreach.
