The Senior HRBP or HR Manager serves as both a strategic advisor and hands -on leader, supporting day -to -day HR operations while driving organizational effectiveness and scalable growth. This role partners closely with leadership across multiple manufacturing sites, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, strengthening talent pipelines, and enhancing culture and engagement. <\/span><\/span>

Bachelor’s degree required <\/span>

Conversational Spanish required <\/span>

8+ years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing or industrial industries <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Multi -site, multi -state experience preferred <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Strong background in employee relations, change management, and leadership coaching <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Experience building scalable HR processes in growth environments <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

HRIS experience (Paycom or similar)<\/span>
