This will be supporting our President, Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive (Secondary) Sr. Executive Assistant to join our team and provide critical administrative support to our President, CPO, and COO. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while ensuring that the President’s time is optimized, day-to-day processes run smoothly, and key projects are well-coordinated. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of their work. Schedule and manage all internal meetings Plan and manage all internal events, such as leadership offsites, quarterly product reviews, or meetings that involve senior leadership, ensuring logistical details are handled seamlessly. Serve as a backup to the Sr. Executive Assistant to the President, CPO, and COO, stepping in when needed to handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling communications, and organizing internal and external meetings. Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure that key tasks are completed and deadlines are met without disruption. Help in the preparation and coordination of materials for meetings, presentations, and reports. Manage and track ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and relevant materials are prepared. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives. Manage Expense Reports: Oversee the submission and processing of the Executive’s expense reports via Concur, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals. To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 10+years’ experiencesupporting SVP and/orCxO Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and ability to manage a variety of highpriority projects from multiple management and professional levels Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively across multiple channels: email, Teams, in-person engagements Desire to grow and take on your own projects Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High levelof discretion and the ability to handle confidential information. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think ahead to anticipate needs. Professional demeanor and soft skills Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Loop), and Concur For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,800 - $221,900 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
