We are looking for an experienced Accounting/Bookkeeper/AP/AR/Payroll/General Ledger Accountant to lead our Accounting Department.
MUST HAVE SAGE EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly employee payroll
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
- Bank Reconciliation,
- Process and post customer payments to accounts
- Pay invoices and process outgoing payments in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
- Review and entering of Vendor Invoices
- Accounts Receivable duties including entering of cash receipts, forwarding monthly statements, maintaining customer's accounts and payments
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve payment issues
Qualifications:
- SAGE (MAS100)
- Previous experience in accounting, A/P, A/R, Payroll Processing
- Proficiency in financial accounting tools
- Experience with IRS and Payroll Taxes
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
