** ROLE: **
You are responsible for the day to day operations of a property management company, including planning and daily communication with the CEO.
** RESPONSIBILITIES: **
- Daily communication & planning with the CEO
- Preparation of correspondence
- Handling incoming calls/emails to the office
- Following up with customers & helping to onboard new clients
- Maintain electronic tenant & property files
- Calling tenants: handling delinquencies and having them make a payment or set up a payment plan, following up on inspection issues/damage; handling lease renewal reminders; collecting information for lease renewals; collecting proof of renters insurance, etc.

- Excellent communication (oral & written)
- All tasks are completed on time
- Has a clear outcome, knows their scoreboard, and understands what they are accountable for

** REQUIREMENTS: **
- High-level communication skills
- Detail oriented & highly organized
- Excellent time management & problem solving skills
- Proficient in the use of technology, easily adapting to new software
- Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress
- Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the CEO
- Ability to meet deadlines with ease and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work independently
- 6+ months of property management experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Ability to obtain a real estate license at company expense
