Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California SLP-CCC or SLPA license required
• Previous work in a school setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering individual and small group therapy
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Comfortable managing a moderate caseload with SLPA assistance
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility in a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload averaging around 45 students
• Perform assessments, contribute to IEP meetings, and document progress
• Work closely with a team of SLPs and SLPAs to ensure consistent care
• Support students’ academic and social development through targeted intervention
• Maintain thorough records and comply with all documentation and reporting requirements
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
