- Higher-level accounting and operational leadership position.
- Preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, P&L statements for reporting to corporate CPA.
- Oversees accounting department, financial statements, GAAP reporting, payroll, insurance, HR support, profit-sharing administration, and project accounting.
- Must have strong experience with Sage 300 CRE, bank reconciliations, AIA billing, lien releases, and construction financial management.
