Senior BD Coordinator

Partner with BD Managers and Marketing to execute BD plans, prepare pitches and RFPs, and track results with actionable recommendations. Edit and maintain practice group marketing materials including attorney bios, practice descriptions, and website content, drafting new collateral as needed. Conduct research on prospective targets, industries, and markets using firm and online tools to support pitches, speaking opportunities, and sponsorship decisions. Coordinate all aspects of client development seminars — logistics, communications, and implementation — then analyze outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations. Coordinate timely submissions to legal directories and League Tables, coordinating with ranking authorities on specifications, codes, and deadlines. Monitor data integrity for BD-related statistics and databases, preparing monthly analyses of deal data, pitch activity, and trends to support practice group communications. Collaborate across the Marketing team to strengthen communication, share insights, and ensure seamless delivery of marketing programs across offices. Create PowerPoint presentations for partner pitches and internal communications, applying firm brand standards and templates in coordination with Marketing Creative Services. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of professional services marketing experience; law firm background preferred. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field. Excellent writing, copy editing, and research skills. Attention to detail across all work product, including written content, data management, and presentations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on complex assignments. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with demonstrated ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization.
