Dentist (Part-Time)

Part‑Time Associate Dentist (Richmond/Colonial Heights) – Provide dental care to primarily pediatric patients in our community. Join a supportive environment that values teamwork and continuity of care. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive dental services to patients with support from the dental team. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces. Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA and Emergency Management training. Work with a team consisting of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Treat a patient base primarily ages 3‑21, managing up to 30% adults depending on location. Maintain average office flow of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day. Accept state insurance plans, PPO and out‑of‑network payor mix. What we offer Guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential. No lab fees. Eligibility for Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, HSA/FSA (for full‑time providers). Current, valid license in any state where you may provide care, or eligibility for licensure. Required certifications: CPR, DEA, etc. Nitrous oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
