Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Responsibilities Provide psychiatric assessments and medication management. Work closely with general adult and/or child/adolescent populations. Treat high‑functioning patients. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Qualifications BC‑PMHNP or equivalent certification. Minimum 2 years of direct experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy. Full‑time commitment (40 hours per week). Hybrid system requires 2 days in office. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range $140,000 to $208,000, based on productivity.
