About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sales before joining a friend's agency as a team member. I'm a former college athlete, a huge sports fan, and enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing. Family is my top priority, and my wife and I have one child with another on the way.

Role Description: As an Account Associate for Brandon Noe - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
