The Senior Superintendent for Boldt’s National Healthcare team is the ultimate field leadership role—owning the full lifecycle of complex healthcare projects from initial planning through final turnover. This is not a task-driven position; it’s a strategic builder who sees the entire project, aligns the team around a clear plan, and leads subcontractors, field staff, and project partners to execute with precision. You’ll work in lockstep with project leadership to develop and drive the schedule, validate production strategies, and bring clarity and direction to the field every day—ensuring the project is not just built, but built the right way.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of construction experience with senior field leadership on complex healthcare construction projects
• Demonstrated experience serving as the lead superintendent from project start through closeout

• Healthcare construction experience, including hospitals, inpatient facilities, or complex medical buildings
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, coordination requirements, and code-driven constraints
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers on master schedules and production strategies
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors through influence, clarity, and accountability—without micromanagement
• Deep personal commitment to jobsite safety and building a culture where everyone is empowered to stop work
• Clear, professional communication style suitable for owner and OAC meetings
• Willingness to travel nationwide to support large complex healthcare projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Lean construction or production planning methodologies
• Experience working in both union and non-union environments
• Experience supporting national or traveling healthcare programs
