Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical history, conducting specific assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Communicate evaluation outcomes and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in setting realistic and achievable health goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions tailored to the individual's needs, regularly reassessing and modifying the care plan as required by the patient's progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of care and advocating for the best treatment options for our patients.
• Document all patient interactions clearly and promptly, including detailed evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries to maintain continuity of care and compliance with legal documentation standards.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity targets while maintaining an organized schedule for patient appointments and meetings.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, promoting our services within the community and contributing to outreach efforts.
• Engage in department meetings and contribute to setting and meeting departmental goals and objectives aimed at enhancing patient care.
• Prioritize professional development by pursuing continuing education opportunities and staying updated on the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
