In this role, you will be performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease and securing resident lease renewals. QualificationsProfile of a Successful Candidate: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Demonstrated ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing Proficiency in using Social Media platforms for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances, including using Craigslist, Google and other search engines, and navigating the internet and websites Ability to interact with a diverse group of prospective clients as well as existing residents Strong math and computer skillsStrong Customer Service Focus Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, property management software and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports Demonstrated professionalism when dealing with residents, vendors, and colleagues #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlantic Realty Group
