Maintenance Technician

Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:- Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Execute preventative maintenance programs
- Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner including painting
- Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
- Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
- 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 in multi-family industry)
- EPA Certification is preferred
- CPO Certification is preferred
- Class A maintenance experience preferred
- Must be available to be on-call as required
- Current and valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Base Pay- Hourly wage paid bi-weekly on our standard payroll schedule
- Bonus Pay- Eligible for monthly lease renewal bonuses- after 90 days of employment
