3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled, proactive Maintenance Technician to join our automated linen processing and distribution facility in Nashville. In this role, you will keep critical high-volume industrial laundry machinery, automated sorting networks, conveyor systems, and facility infrastructure operating at peak efficiency.

salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Follow maintenance schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time to minimize equipment downtime.
Identify and report potential maintenance issues before they become problems.
Diagnosis and repair of faulty equipment, machinery, or systems.
Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble machinery and systems to identify issues or required repairs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Install and setup of new equipment or machinery as part of company projects.
Coordinating and testing of newly installed equipment to ensure it operates correctly.
Maintain and ensure that maintenance tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.
Safely use and care for a variety of tools and machinery.
Ensure the maintenance work area is organized and complies with safety standards.
Log and record maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
Report maintenance issues and completed tasks to the supervision.
Maintaining accurate maintenance records for equipment and facilities.
Follow company safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure safe working conditions.
Identify safety hazards and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 60lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
