Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Estimate commercial HVAC projects from plans, specifications, & bid documents. Perform material and labor takeoffs & obtain vendor/subcontractor pricing. Manage projects from contract award through completion and closeout. Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, & field personnel. Identify & resolve project issues while maintaining schedule & profitability. Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating/project management experience. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems & construction practices. Ability to read mechanical plans & specifications. Strong organizational, communication, & problem-solving skills. Experience with estimating & construction management software preferred.
