\nSet on 650 acres along the Tennessee River in Loudon, Tennessee, Windy Hill Farm and Preserve is a family-owned destination rooted in Appalachian hospitality, conservation, and a deep respect for the land.

\n \nRooted in Appalachian foodways, our kitchen celebrates the seasons through thoughtfully prepared dishes, locally sourced ingredients, and fresh produce from our on-site garden.
\n \nWe are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, values attention to detail, and enjoys working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional food and genuine hospitality.
\n \nWhat We're Looking For:

- Previous professional cooking experience and a strong foundation in culinary techniques \n
- A commitment to quality, consistency, and thoughtful presentation \n
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work confidently during service \n
- A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn \n
- An appreciation for seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking, and Appalachian cuisine \n
Experience in fine dining is a plus, but a genuine interest in growing as a cook is just as important.
