Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs for patients to address unique rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess their conditions and monitor progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Demonstrate expertise in various orthopedic techniques and manual therapy methods to effectively promote mobility.
• Utilize cost-effective and non-surgical treatment alternatives, minimizing reliance on medications where possible.
• Create comprehensive care plans that may incorporate exercise rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities, and lifestyle modifications tailored to patient needs.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with at C.A.R.E Physical Therapy range from individuals recovering from sports injuries to those managing chronic pain and mobility issues following surgeries or injuries. Qualifications

• Completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.

• Demonstrate strong expertise in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
