Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients to evaluate their physical abilities, limitations, and specific rehabilitation needs in a home care or clinical environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and upholding therapeutic goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care, including evaluation results, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and the use of assistive devices to promote self-reliance in daily activities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in the field through ongoing education, attending workshops, and participating in professional organizations to maintain licensure and competencies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Westminster Care Physical Therapist offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
