Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their functional limitations and needs based on their medical history and physical condition.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, stretching, hands-on therapy, and assistive devices, to facilitate recovery.
• Implement therapy sessions that reflect evidence-based practices, continuously adjusting approaches based on patient progress and feedback.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date for ongoing assessment and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families regarding appropriate rehabilitation methods and the use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share insights that promote effective treatment and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in professional development opportunities such as workshops and trainings to maintain licensure and stay abreast of industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license within the state of New Jersey.

• Strong organizational and computer skills, particularly with electronic medical record systems.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
