Title: Phlebotomist I
Contract Duration: 6+ months.
Hrs/Wk: 40:00
Location: 6475 Camden Avenue, San Jose, CA 95120
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $27.00/ Hr on W2.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
2 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Additional Job Details: must have a minimum of 1 years of pediatric collections.
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability. 2nd shift
State of Credentials/Licenses Required: CA
Shift/Time Zone: Day - Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Saturday 7:00-11:30am (every third)
