Strategic Contract & Procurement Specialist

NYS Office of Children and Family Services

OCFS is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to oversee procurement transactions from review to award, ensuring compliance with State Finance Law and OSC guidelines. You will coordinate RFPs, RFAs, IFBs and grants, develop CRERs, and manage contract records with a focus on timely, accurate documentation.
