Customer Success Specialist

RedFynn provides innovative payment processing, SaaS, and reputation management solutions that help small and mid-sized businesses grow and operate more efficiently.

We combine technology, reliability, and personal support to make business easier for our partners and their merchants. Our mission is to deliver simple, effective tools that improve how businesses accept payments, manage operations, and build customer loyalty.

What you’ll do:

Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers and partners

Handle inquiries related to deposits, batches, statements, billing, and reconciliation

Troubleshoot account and technical issues with clarity and care

Escalate complex matters when needed and ensure full resolution

Document interactions and manage cases using internal systems and CRM tools

Participate in outbound engagement efforts to support retention and relationship-building

Stay up to date on products, services, and policy updates to provide accurate support

What we’re looking for:

1–3 years of experience in customer support, client success, or technical support

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfort using CRM platforms and support tools

Experience in merchant services or payment processing (a strong plus)
