Kaitaia, Permanent Position At Northscape we need a motivated, organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our day to day activities operating out of our Headquarters in Kaitaia. You’ll Be Responsible For Reception duties – customer service, answer and direct telephone email queries, greet customers who visit, maintain efficient email management Administration tasks – data entry, prepare and complete documentation, organise site visits, council inspections and product/material deliveries for our Teams, daily bank reconciliation, provide prompt, professional and accurate correspondence General housekeeping – keep our office supplies replenished, ensure the office is clean and well presented at all times, basic fleet management such as scheduling servicing, road user charges and warrant of fitness etc Supporting the Teams – assisting with any general duties required in order to achieve together as a team You’ll Need These To Apply Previous experience in an administrative role is highly advantageous but not required – the right attitude is most important Proactive approach to everyday tasks Able to prioritise and organise workloads efficiently Professional manner and smartly dressed everyday Experience with finance, Xero and payroll systems an advantage but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate and a high level of typing accuracy Outstanding attention to detail Thrive working in a fast paced environment Customer focused and personable Location & Hours Location: Northscape Headquaters, Kaitaia Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday Salary Rate: $42,000.00 – $55,000.00 Start Date Start Date: TBC #J-18808-Ljbffr
