This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.Job Description\n\nPOSITION SUMMARY \nKonecranes is launching a dedicated Light Lifting Equipment (LLE) Business Unit for Region Americas to capture a significant growth opportunity in a market exceeding $1 billion annually. The LLE Sales Professional will play a key role in building this business from the ground up by driving growth across electric chain hoists, manual chain hoists, enclosed track workstation systems, jib cranes, below-the-hook solutions, and complete material handling systems.\n \nThis is not a traditional territory sales role. This position will operate as a strategic growth leader, working collaboratively across Industrial Service, Industrial Equipment, Enterprise Accounts, OEMs, Automation Integrators, Strategic Market Accounts, and Direct Sales channels to identify, develop, and close opportunities.\n \nThe successful candidate will help establish Konecranes as the easiest company in the industry to do business with, for light lifting solutions while delivering exceptional customer experience and profitable growth.\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDrive Revenue Growth \n\n Achieve annual order and revenue targets. \n Develop and execute regional growth strategies. \n Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline. \n Drive unit volume growth across all LLE product categories.\n Increase market share through competitive takeaways and new customer acquisition.\n\n \nDevelop Complete Customer Solutions \n\n Sell and promote: \n\nManual Chain Hoists \nElectric Chain Hoists \nWorkstation Crane Systems \nKBK Enclosed Track Systems \nJib Cranes \nBelow-the-Hook Devices \nMaterial Handling Solutions \n \nStrategic Partner Solutions \n\n Work directly with customers to identify safety, productivity, ergonomic, and material flow improvements.\n\n \nIndustrial Service Growth \n\n Work closely with Service Sales teams to: \n\nIdentify opportunities during inspections. \nLeverage modernization recommendations. \nReview installed equipment for replacement opportunities.\nDevelop workstation and ergonomic applications. \nGenerate recurring referral opportunities. \nEvery inspection, service visit, and installation should create an opportunity assessment \nIndustrial Equipment Collaboration \n\n Partner with CTO and Equipment Sales teams to ensure: \n\nEvery crane opportunity includes LLE evaluation. \nEvery installation includes workstation review. \nEvery project evaluates material handling enhancements.\nCustomers receive complete lifting solutions. \n \nEnterprise Account Development \n\n Support Enterprise Account Managers. \n Conduct LLE opportunity reviews at strategic customers.\n Develop standardized multi-site programs. \n Expand Konecranes share of customer spend. \n\n \nOEM & Automation Channel Development \n\n Develop relationships with: \n\nOEMs \nMachine Builders \nAutomation Engineers \nSystems Integrators \nRobotics Integrators \nProduction Line Designers \nCreate preferred supplier relationships that drive specification influence and recurring opportunities.\n \nCustomer Assessments \n\n Conduct customer-focused: \n LLE Opportunity Assessments \n \n Evaluate:\n Material flow\n Ergonomics\n Productivity\n Safety\n Manual lifting concerns\n Assembly processes\n Future lifting requirements \n \n Present recommendations that improve customer operations while expanding Konecranes market share.\n\n \nBusiness Development \n\n Develop new business opportunities. \n Identify and penetrate target industries. \n Build strategic customer relationships. \n Represent Konecranes at trade shows, customer events and industry associations.\n\n Perform other duties as assigned.\n\n* This position will be commission basedQualifications\n\n \nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: \n\n Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.\n Minimum 5 years industrial sales experience.\n Material Handling\n Overhead Cranes\n Hoists \n Industrial Automation\n Manufacturing Equipment\n Ergonomic Systems\n Engineered Sales\n Industrial Manufacturing\n Assembly Operations\n Automotive Industry\n Aerospace Industry \n Distribution & Logistics Markets\n\n \nOTHER REQUIREMENTS: \n\n Ability to travel internationally, locally and outside the service area for operational requirements & training when necessary.\n 50-60% Travel required.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nAdditional Information\n\nWhat we offer:\n \nBenefits: Medical Plan, Dental, Vision, 401k plan with a match from day one, identity theft protection, accident insurance, travel insurance and so much more!\n \nVacation: 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date). 5-12 years of service, 3 weeks. 13+ years of service, 4 weeks.\n \nSick Leave: 5 days of Sick Leave per year.
