Compensation:

$125,500 - $225,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.

• Coordinate with buyers to schedule showings that fit their needs and preferences.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from showing to closing.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends to offer valuable insights to clients.

• Utilize company tools and resources to track client interactions and follow up promptly.

• Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying process.

Qualifications:

• Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the buying process.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate and schedule property showings efficiently, accommodating client needs and preferences.
• Strong knowledge of the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News real estate market, with a keen eye for trends and opportunities.
• Proficiency in using real estate tools and resources to track client interactions and follow up promptly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team, ensuring seamless transitions from property showings to closing deals.
