Operations Advisor

Position Summary The Home Services Advisor is responsible for business operational advisory and consulting for 12‑15 Cardone Ventures clients and the daily review and monitoring of their operational activities and data. As a fractional COO for the client, the Advisor will prepare metrics reports, generate operational process recommendations, and leverage financial and operational experience to guide client business decisions. The Advisor will investigate ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, and position each client’s business to maximize revenue and profit potential through growth opportunities such as expansion, mergers, or acquisitions. For home services clients—including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing‑based businesses—this includes optimizing dispatch, technician performance, call center operations, customer experience, and profitability. Compensation $110k‑$140k annually Location Scottsdale, AZ Workplace Setting Fully Onsite Success Looks Like Approach each client’s business as if it is your own, becoming an extension of their management team Create measurable impact in technician performance, call conversion, job profitability, and customer satisfaction in home services businesses Work toward alignment and accountability between the client and team to achieve results faster Leverage data as the basis for recommendations so clients never have to question the ROI of working with you Objectives Leverage data to recommend business growth strategies and lead collaboration among advisors and stakeholders to ensure client target attainment Partner with clients to optimize processes such as scheduling, dispatch, call center performance, inventory management, and technician productivity to drive profitability and customer satisfaction Establish daily metrics to monitor and report on client performance, analyze data and trends to adjust strategy, and elevate opportunities to the owner and CV leadership as appropriate Support implementation of field management systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro) for accurate data tracking, reporting, and accountability across all operational areas Conduct weekly touch‑base calls with each client to ensure progress tracking, problem solving, alignment, and cross‑functional coordination to advance recommendations and business growth Implement Cardone Ventures operational best practices across clients, including daily metrics tracking, daily all‑team meetings, best practice process documentation, and effective leadership duplication Work with business owners to develop repeatable systems that improve customer experience consistency from first call to job completion and follow‑up Coach clients on leadership and team development using tools such as the R3 Assessment Prioritize objectives that will have the greatest impact on revenue and profitability in cross‑functional coordination Influence internal and external stakeholders through effective communication to ensure buy‑in to recommendations and accountability for action items Competencies Strong data‑driven mindset, translating client performance insights into actionable strategies Deep understanding of home services operations, including call‑center metrics, technician utilization, average ticket optimization, and service‑to‑replacement conversions Understanding of intermediate financial concepts and how to leverage them to create business priorities and initiatives Experience interpreting and influencing P&L statements specific to service‑based businesses Excellent communication skills—active listening, leading through questions, giving direct feedback to facilitate collaboration and accountability Consistent track record of creating quantitative results for clients Maintain client retention by increasing revenue and profitability Operate as a quarterback for the assigned team, guiding other Advisors through onboarding, quarterly business reviews, touch‑base calls, etc. Facilitate and guide new clients through onboarding in a timely manner Create a process tracker and walk organizations through SOP development Coach owners and operations leaders to scale teams via delegation, technician development, and leadership pipelines Help owners duplicate themselves and key leaders to increase focus on business growth Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Operations/Logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience At least 5 years of experience managing or influencing business operations in a results‑driven environment Experience coaching businesses or owning/managing a home services business is preferred Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, speaking, walking, and/or sitting at a computer Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential requirements Commitment to Diversity Cardone Ventures is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to a multigenerational and multicultural workforce.
