The Commercial Project Manager provides oversight for all phases of a construction project — coordinating employees, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure specifications are followed and work proceeds with quality, on schedule, and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes full ownership of a project from startup through closeout.

· Complete monthly project billings and maintain as-built drawings for owner turnover
