We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at Premire Counseling & Wellness Services. This full-time position offers a flexible remote work environment, providing you with the opportunity to deliver high-quality therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families from the comfort of their homes or from our outpatient office located in Garland, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based models.
\n
• Performing comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that account for the unique cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Providing bilingual psychotherapy services in both Spanish and English, ensuring accessibility and understanding.
\n
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, meeting HIPAA compliance standards.

• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

• Managing an active caseload, including scheduling, client communications, and follow-up appointments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. Each client may face unique challenges related to trauma, anxiety, grief, relationships, or other mental health concerns. Your expertise will guide them in overcoming obstacles, fostering resilience, and achieving personal and familial growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong communication skills, including excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal abilities, along with fluency in both English and Spanish.
\n
• At least two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly working with families, children, and individuals in a behavioral health context.
\n
• A deep respect for the cultural values and individual needs of clients.
\n
• Training in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• A willingness to work with a range of clients and staff from varied ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
